The Phone (3) runs Android 15 and Nothing OS 3.5. Nothing OS offers a fast, fluid experience. Users can customize navigation with a monochrome theme or remove app labels for a clean look. An expanding widget library brings new life to the lock and home screens.
Nothing integrates AI from the ground up, avoiding hasty additions. Essential Search is a universal smart search bar accessible from the home screen. It searches contacts, photos, and files, providing instant answers for weather or calendar events. Flip to Record transcribes and summarizes meetings. Essential Space provides an AI-organized central place for ideas, notes, and content. Nothing guarantees five years of major Android updates and seven years of security updates.
The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 provides unmatched performance. Its improved Qualcomm Kryo CPU and Qualcomm Adreno GPU offer significant gains over the Phone (2). CPU performance is thirty-six percent faster, GPU performance is eighty-eight percent faster, AI task processing is sixty percent faster, and image recognition is one hundred twenty-five percent faster.
