- New flagship phones combine advanced imaging, performance, and design
vivo has officially introduced its latest X-series flagships, the X300 and X300 Pro, which will be available across Europe, including Hungary. The launch event in Vienna highlighted the company’s focus on user-centered innovation and precision engineering. Both models feature a 200 MP ZEISS Ultra-Clear camera system, designed to elevate mobile photography. Alongside imaging, the series delivers improvements in operating system, performance, and design for a premium user experience.
ZEISS Collaboration for Imaging Breakthroughs
The X300 Pro is equipped with a 200 MP ZEISS APO telephoto lens supported by the Ultra-Sensing HPB sensor, enabling detailed zoom capabilities. Its 50 MP ZEISS Gimbal-Grade main camera uses the Sony LYT-828 sensor with CIPA 5.5 stabilization, ensuring sharp and steady shots. A dedicated Pro Imaging Chip VS1 enhances image processing speed, clarity, and noise reduction. The standard X300 also carries a 200 MP ZEISS main camera with CIPA 4.5 stabilization and a LYT-602 sensor for improved dynamic range and efficiency.
Front-facing photography has been upgraded with a 50 MP ZEISS ultra-wide autofocus camera, delivering strong performance for both photos and video. vivo’s portrait algorithms produce natural textures and detailed selfies. Accessories such as the ZEISS 2.35x Telephoto Extender Kit further refine bokeh effects and telephoto performance. These additions expand creative possibilities for users seeking professional-level results.
Creativity in Photography and Video
The X300 series supports diverse shooting modes, from everyday snapshots to advanced creative projects. Stage Mode 2.0 captures events from multiple angles, while 4K Stage All-in-One Recording allows simultaneous video and photo capture. Dual-View Stage Video enables two cameras to record at once, showing both performer and audience in a single frame. Portrait features include ZEISS Natural Portrait, Multi-Focal HD Portrait, and Night Portrait, with the Pro model offering specialized modes such as 20x Long-Range Motion Snapshot.
Video capabilities extend to 4K 120 fps Pro Video across both models. The X300 Pro adds Dolby Vision and 10-bit Log recording at the same frame rate, providing cinematic dynamic range. A world-first 4K 60 fps Portrait Video mode enhances portrait filming. AI Image Studio tools, including One-Shot Multi-Crop and Passerby Erase, support intelligent editing directly on the device.
Performance, Security, and Design
The X300 series debuts alongside vivo’s new OriginOS, featuring Ultra-core Computing, Memory Fusion, and Dual Rendering for smooth and customizable performance. Security is strengthened with vivo Security, offering hardware-based protections such as Private Space encrypted storage. Devices will receive five years of OS updates and seven years of security patches, with three years of warranty and a free display replacement within the first year. Local customer support will be available in Hungary.
Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip built on TSMC’s N3P process, the phones deliver high performance and energy efficiency. A vivo V3+ imaging chip supports advanced video features, while the BlueVolt battery system provides 5440 mAh in the Pro and 5360 mAh in the standard model, with 90 W fast charging. Displays reach up to 2000 nits brightness with 2160 Hz PWM dimming, and both devices carry IP68 and IP69 ratings. The Pro adds Armor Glass protection, while the design features a minimalist Unibody 3D glass finish in colors such as Phantom Black, Glory Pink, and Dune Brown.
The X300 launch event took place at Vienna’s Hofburg Palace, a historic venue that has hosted royal ceremonies and international conferences. By choosing this location, vivo emphasized the premium positioning of its new flagship series in Europe.
