GECI International
  • Company strengthens financial position and refocuses on high-value technology markets

GECI International has reported steady progress in its transformation strategy, highlighting growth in High-Performance Computing (HPC) in France and expanding operations in South America. The company’s IT and outsourcing services faced a contained decline due to shorter project cycles and market challenges, but signs of recovery are emerging. Consolidated revenues for April to September 2025 reached €9.32 million, with Brazil contributing 55.7% and France 44.3%. These results underscore the resilience of GECI’s diversified portfolio and its focus on sustainable technology markets.

Business Highlights and Regional Growth

Subsidiary AS+ in France recorded a 10% increase, while AS+ Do Brasil grew by 17%, supported by new clients and major contracts. Eolen France, which saw a 27% decline, is undergoing strategic repositioning toward higher-value services such as DevOps, software upgrades, and international service centers. The group’s workforce expanded to 626 employees by September 2025, up from 558 a year earlier, reflecting growth in Brazil and reinforcement of French teams. The Technology Division generated €5.2 million, driven by smart city and telecom projects in Brazil, while the Digital Division contributed €4.1 million, confirming HPC’s momentum despite declines in outsourcing activities.

The Brazilian business was affected by currency depreciation, reducing revenues by €0.47 million. Nevertheless, strong contract execution helped offset this impact. HPC activities in France remain a strategic priority, delivering nearly 10% growth. Overall, the company continues to balance regional challenges with targeted expansion in promising sectors.

Financial Position and Partnerships

As of September 30, 2025, consolidated financial debt stood at €3.3 million, a modest increase from €3.2 million in March. The rise reflects IFRS 16 adjustments linked to headquarters relocation and shareholder contributions. Debt components included €0.43 million in financial debt, €0.91 million in factoring advances, €1.18 million in bonds, €0.21 million in shareholder advances, and €0.62 million in lease liabilities. This structure demonstrates disciplined financial management and selective investment in high-value markets.

Partnerships with leading companies such as Nvidia, Orange Business Services, Safran, EDF, Michelin, and TotalEnergies reinforce GECI’s relevance in HPC and digital services. Higher billing rates in HPC activities reflect the company’s move upmarket. These collaborations highlight GECI’s integration into critical technology ecosystems. The financial strategy remains focused on resource optimization and strengthening market presence.

Outlook and Strategic Priorities

Looking ahead, GECI International plans to accelerate development in HPC, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Smart Cities. In France, AS+ is expected to deliver double-digit growth through IT architecture audits, AI process optimization, and premium data center maintenance. Expansion into banking, insurance, and Benelux markets will support international growth. Eolen France continues its redeployment, aiming to return to growth in the second half of the fiscal year.

In Brazil, AS+ Do Brasil anticipates double-digit growth through recurring contracts and expanded maintenance services. The rationalization program launched in FY 2024–25 is progressing, with cost optimization and resource allocation expected to improve efficiency. Assuming stable economic conditions, GECI expects profitability and net income to rise steadily. Innovation, performance, and sustainability remain central to the company’s long-term strategy.

GECI International’s HPC subsidiary AS+ collaborates with institutions such as Ifremer, France’s ocean research institute. This partnership highlights how HPC technologies are being applied beyond traditional IT, supporting advanced scientific research in areas like marine exploration and environmental monitoring.
