The new center is designed to provide more efficient and effective cybersecurity services to its customers. The company has already hired over 20 new employees for the NIC, with plans to actively recruit more IT specialists from the local talent pool.
This expansion is part of a broader company initiative to meet growing global demand for its services. Netwrix has published over 20 additional job openings and more positions are in development. The company seeks to enhance its research, technical support, marketing, product management, and sales capabilities through this expansion. By centralizing these key functions in a single location, Netwrix intends to accelerate innovation and respond to client needs more quickly.
Focus on AI and Cloud Development
The Kraków office will serve as a hub for key business functions, including R&D, technical support, marketing, product management, and sales. It will also be a key driver for advancing the company’s AI-driven innovations and cloud platform expansion. This strategic consolidation of expertise is expected to significantly improve the speed of technological development and customer-centric feedback loops. In addition to these core functions, the local office will be instrumental in the ongoing development of advanced data and identity protection solutions.
Grady Summers, CEO of Netwrix, commented on the new center, highlighting its purpose: “We’re opening our Innovation Center in Kraków to bring the best talent together in a collaborative environment where engineering, product, and customer-facing teams work side-by-side, constantly sharing feedback to accelerate innovation and better serve our global customer base. Our goal is to build customer confidence through greater responsiveness, innovation, and local engagement. Kraków gives us the ideal conditions to achieve this.”
Why Kraków?
Netwrix chose Kraków for its new innovation center due to Poland’s large number of highly skilled IT professionals. The country is a recognized leader in the European tech sector, with a significant pool of talent. According to recent Eurostat data, Poland is ranked among the top five European Union countries for the number of ICT specialists, with more than 770,000 professionals. This provides a rich environment for the company to find the experts needed for its ambitious growth plans.
The company plans to hire a total of 50 specialists by the end of the year to staff the new center. The location is intended to foster a collaborative environment, bringing together diverse teams to work closely. This proximity is expected to enhance communication and drive faster, more integrated solutions for its global customer base.
